Can you use Punt from your state?

Punt’s published sweepstakes rules define a permitted set of US residents, with state exclusions. Choose your state of residence to compare those terms and supported alternatives. This checks operator terms, not legal permission or guaranteed registration, play or redemption. If travelling, check current-location restrictions separately.

Punt’s current rules, eligibility §1.1–1.2. The Sweepstakes Rules specify 18 or local majority, whichever is higher; other Punt documents have used a higher age requirement. Confirm the current account requirement directly. Other prize conditions apply. No purchase is necessary.

Published state exclusions and evidence

California, Connecticut, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Washington.

Each result retains its source observation date. Evidence older than its 30-day review window is withheld from positive recommendations. Missing records mean unknown.

State availability rechecked 30 October 2026: Punt’s current Sweepstakes Rules exclude 15 US states, including Oklahoma, leaving 35 states within the published resident territory definition. Use the state selector to check the researched terms and alternatives. Inclusion is not a legal opinion or a guarantee of registration, play or redemption.

Punt’s current Sweepstakes Rules exclude residents of these 15 states:

  • California, Connecticut, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Oklahoma, Tennessee and Washington.

Delaware purchase restriction

Delaware is outside the current 15-state exclusion set. At our 2 October review, Punt’s Terms said Gold Coin purchases from Delaware would be voided and refunded, less an administrative fee of up to 10% and possible financial-institution charges. This purchase condition has not been reverified in this state-list update; confirm current account activity with Punt support.

How old do you have to be to use Punt?

Punt’s own documents conflict. Its Sweepstakes Rules say 18 or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and its Customer Acceptance Policy says over 18. Its Terms say over 21 or a higher local age of majority. Because those requirements do not agree, confirm the current requirement in Punt’s Terms and with Punt support before registering.

Punt redemption rules to know

  • Published Sweepstakes Rules prize threshold: US$100. This is a USD prize-value threshold; do not treat every Sweeps Coin balance as immediately redeemable.
  • Fees: Punt reserves the right to charge prize-redemption processing fees.
  • Timing: cash redemptions may take up to 10 business days, with possible additional delays for verification or large payments.
  • Florida: the maximum redemption value of a prize won on one spin or play is USD $5,000. This is not described as a general withdrawal limit.
  • Current Sweepstakes Rules §5.8 reserve the right to limit prize redemptions to US$5,000 per day or another amount needed for regulatory, partner or supplier obligations. This is an operator-stated discretionary limit, not a measured payout.

How Punt works

Punt uses Gold Coins for standard social play and Sweeps Coins for Promotional Play. Gold Coins have no monetary value. Eligible Sweeps Coins won through Promotional Play can be redeemed for prizes, subject to Punt’s rules, verification and thresholds. No purchase is necessary to participate in the sweepstakes; Punt publishes a postal alternative method of entry in its Sweepstakes Rules.
